Återbetalningspolicy

Click on "Register return" and log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address. Select items and reason. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You need to pay shipping charges for return, If the return is accepted, we will refund shipping charges along with the item price once the return is accepted. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return and it will appear on your account.
